Just add your fan fics to KMC. That's how Carv debates.

Nah, it almost realized on KMC( and DC itself), just there aren't enough anime girls. After all, my fanfiction key idea is Superman always wins

Of course, if we can make this as the canon appearance for MXY, I won't mind 😛

Have you read the story where the Phantom Stranger removes anyone the JL etc can't defeat?

I don't think I read that, which issue?

Are you afraid of Darkseid?#1

The Endless Stairs story.

Hmm, I remember he performed some meta shit like removing the artist from reality and also removing many others like the guy who killed Batman's parents etc. But I don't think it stated these removed guys JL can't defeat

That they could cut even one should be an amazing feat in itself though
In the initial fight, Thor's opening hammer toss blew apart the first one's head and it reformed in the space of panels in a nonchalant manner.

Can they be hit, yes. Battered, sure. But Thor and Hyperion's best meant nothing to them.

A fair point. One that I had forgotten, tbh - it does clear a lot up.

nah that showing still doesn't make sense. 3 beyonders killed eternity, infinity, LT and the rest of the high end cosmics. yet they send in an entire squadron of beyonders just to kill thor and hyperion? c'mon.

the actual issue is really good, but that is still not a good showing for the beyonders.

Sending an entire squadron doesn't mean they were actually needed, though. It was just a heroic last stand storytelling trope.

it does and it doesn't

how come the mech beyonders are so weak they get turned into tree, get blown up, and easily get chop into pieces (regardless if they regen or not) those are the same beyonders that mudstomp living tribunal no? (different artist drew it differently but from a logical stand point should be the same ones)

Could just be.....art?

Like Romita Jr loves drawing black eyes and bruises and bloodied up faces in his fights, that doesn't mean his characters are suddenly dropping in durability.

Those Beyonders manifested themselves into solid but malleable states to fight. That's what allowed the group of Ex Nihili and Abyss to manipulate their form.

The Beyonders probably didn't use such states to take on the Abstracts.

yet it still happened.

a single beyonder should have been able to atomize the entire team with no effort, so why send in dozens (at least a few of which thor and hyperion swatted away)? the issue was amazing, but it doesnt exactly make the beyonders look good- not like the issues before that did anyway.

was that stated anywhere? because the "solid / malleable" state could just be how they manifest whenever they leave the beyonder realm.

i dont even remember the ohotmu guide for secret wars making any distinction between them, but i could be wrong there. either way taking on a solid form was never said to reduce their actual power iirc, so the team should have been less than ants regardless.

^ Hank Pym described them as universally adaptive and harmonically transitional. Struck me as purple prose for, they can choose what state they take.

I don't see any other viable explanation for how a Beyonder could kill a reality's Celestial Host while two died against that Multiversal Avengers team. But both things did happen.

👆

only one beyonder died against a "full power" LT, yet 2 are killed by that avengers team? that's a pretty absurd difference in showings. then add in a full squadron of beyonders being sent just to eliminate a battle worn thor and hyperion? it makes no sense at all, and wasnt properly explained in the issues.

thats why i personally still see it as a very low showing for the beyonders as a whole.

The closest thing to an official explantion we have comes from one of Brevoort's social media pages.

And Brevoort was the editor of that issue.

Maybe the beyonders are effective against cosmic beings, but not so much against mortals?

Or he's saying, go out and touch some grass, fanboys, it's comics and anything can happen, don't sweat it too much.
