And he was literally wearing the same outfit from the OT. And was still smuggling with Chewie apparently.

I wanted my Solo who was settled down and had a government job or was a general or something, not the elderly smuggler who never got out.

My interpretation of it was that Solo actually did settle down with Leia for a while, but eventually things didn't work out and the happy family split apart.

Well, that would be better yeah. I know he had Kylo Ren with her, so clearly there was a bright spot.

Just thought it was sad seeing him still smuggling away, that's supposed to be a young mans game. No one wants their action heroes to be doing the same thing into their 70's.

Quick Kick was awesome in the cartoon though, makes me sad seeing "Who is Quick Kick?"

The Snake Eyes Quick Kick fought is the very same Snake Eyes who wrestled Rom Space Knight, stabbed Arcee in the eye, and killed a giant monster similar to one who roughed up Skywarp and required a whole team to beat.

He's as real as any super elite Transformers beating ninja could be.

Snake Eyes replacement was his protege, and the original was replaced in 2015. IDW continued on until 2017-2018 before the reboot. This is akin to The Shadow more then anything.

The protege became the master, he became THE Snake Eyes.
