Good point, honestly didn't look into the historical figure, but will say the show takes a LOT of liberties on back stories.
Just seemed to me like China was being played up or pandered to, what with how insanely epic their heroes and Emperors are.
I mean, he literally beat a building sized god to death with his bare hands in his history. And before his tournament match he barges into the Gods private seats, casually tosses around Ares like a kid, before even getting his Valkyrie amp.
Of course everyone is treated like a big shot, but Sasuke Kojiro or Raidan the Sumo worked up to it and kept flaws, Qin's only real flaw is being shat on by his father and mother and a society that blamed him 50K of their brethren being buried alive.
Tbh for all my complaining this may be my favorite match, the fight is awesome, Hades is an incredible antagonist, the finale was brilliant..
King against king, First Emperor of China vs Lord of the Underworld.
Kind of a shame, Hades was ten times the character his bro Poseidon was. He would have made a better leader then Zeus too.

can't comment on these amateur sites, vsbattles is ok for some due to the knowledgeable posters there. but the admin and frequent posters do have an agenda. They wank lovecraft lore, a lot of anime stuff and lowball the hell outta comics, it's the double standard that bugs me. the mod loves this poster named deagonx, he basically turns into the guy who call the shots on anything cosmic (marvel and dc related), and that guy sucks.

I've not seen a single profile there that isn't wanked. Some are worse than others, but it's certainly not representative of any of the works they're addressing as far as I know.
Deagonx posts on Comicvine as well (or at least he used too, I'm not sure if he's still active there), and he seemed to be fairly grounded in his approach to comics. And from what I recall, he's a better debater than you, since I don't remember him cherry-picking feats or doing damage control to excuse context.
I saw a random VSbattles debate on making the "ultimate mongoloid" in Kengan city or country busting because of a vague styleized art work that they thought showed mountains shaking in the background from fists colliding at a tournament.
That was the moment I knew they were insane and not to trust a word they say.
Another fun anal-sis was declaring Hanma Yujiro can reverse Kenshiro's pressure points because he puffed out his body like a pufferfish to mitigate slaps to the skin from Baki. Lets just ignore the fact even masters of the same Hokuto style have never shown the ability to "undo" someone else's pressure points (Otherwise Kenshiro would have undid the death sentence on Rei imposed by Roah).
So Atom Eve being totally immortal means she'd outlive Mark. That must suck.
Unless maybe she could periodically restore Marks youth between resurrections, like she retooled his body before.
Still a Dilemma though, at some point immortality would become a burden. What would Eve do if she wanted to pass on?
