You've never accepted WWH getting his weaker versions fts. We literally just had a debate about this not too long ago. Anyways, is this version of Doomsday from a different timeline?

So my personal theory is TT is goating Superman to kill him(so he can evolve), hence, the smile on his face when Superman seems to be finally in the killing mode

I know mid-series cancellations are less likely to happen with big two titles, but he also took like 7+ years to wrap-up S.H.I.E.L.D., iirc.
