So Strange having an unknown item isnt prep? It was literally said throughout that comic what did Strange have PLANNED.
Didnt Living Tribunal back down taking out Galactus even after knowing the consequences?
Imagine being such a carver, that instead of focusing on the clearly impressive part [Gladiator being more powerful and effective against Galactus than all the other heroes combined - incl. Hulk/Surfer and a shitload of others simultaneously] -- you focus on the other part, a generic line of "rattling bones", and withstanding his eyeblast for moments before getting one-shotted.
That's how strong his inferiority complex compared to Superman - he doesn't even care about the former.
It simply baffles the mind.
