Nope, you're just making up stuff. Lol... there have been a week debate on the Hulk vs Thing fight and you think Superman is the only character that is getting attention. Stop!!! Its not just him. Superman, Hulk, Silver Surfer and Thor fans will always battle. It is what it is. This been going on before KMC existence and it's not going to change. I know it probably adds a couple of hair follicles on your chest making you feel good that Supes is pointed out but it's not just him.

As he leaves, Superman bro-fists his best-bud Thanos who says "told you they're bi tches", and they go have a beer.

You mention "Superman" here, you better be ready to explain yourself to the brigade.

The second reason is I think he is a horrible mary sue character. Like goku.

You literally know how its gonna end up every time. Either batman or superman save the day and look better than everyone else. DC should cancel all of its comics but superman and batman.

Just my opinion, I find him super boring and the fact that he is so powerful and always wins makes the comics trash imo.

Besides that, you have to give him respect, comics would not be what they are today without him.

Flip side, if you mention any one of the numerous feats Superman has that are of similar(or in many cases far greater) magnitude...feats he has been consistently preforming over the years, mind you...those same people will typically be the first to downplay/lowball/ignore them by any means necessary. In their eyes Superman is herald-level and will never be any thing more, regardless of the feats/accolades under his belt.

Point being: there is an almost sickening double standard when it comes to Superman, and I honestly don't understand why..?

It's one thing to not like the character(he's not everyone's cup of tea; I get it)... But it's an entirely different thing to not like the character SO deeply that you are willing to ignore absolutely everything about him that you don't agree with. Worse yet, these same people will also revert to randomly attacking Superman, even when Superman has absolutely nothing to do with the thread/discussion at hand... It's like some sort of strange defense mechanism. We saw that most recently when Ben KO'ing Hulk was being discussed.
