But it's an entirely different thing to not like the character SO deeply that you are willing to ignore absolutely everything about him that you don't agree with. Worse yet, these same people will also revert to randomly attacking Superman, even when Superman has absolutely nothing to do with the thread/discussion at hand... It's like some sort of strange defense mechanism. We saw that most recently when Ben KO'ing Hulk was being discussed.

Remember the pages of 'debate' we had about the size of the planet? It's composition? Maybe it was a hollow planet!!

Then with Gladiator? 'I see the word 'buff', this MUST mean Gladiator can 'buff' his own power with his opponent..... I'm not even going to take ten seconds to question this!!!!!'

While Superman has some herald level or above feats, majority of them are questionable due to being confirmed by mxy amping him throughout the years

Almost every ft that people post about Superman that is Abstract level is ALWAYS debatable based on people overhyping the showing. I just pointed out a scene where people was accepting Superman heat vision one shot dropping Eclipso not even factoring in the fact that his heat vision was converted. Same with Hulk. We are not innocent of this and yes, I admit, I overhype some fts but every single ft that is posted is always questioned and not by one person either. The guy was banned off the internet as soon as he punch WF in the face not factoring in he dove in a countless amount of suns. There is favoritism here. It's good that you like a character but he doesnt meed to be THROWN on everyone.

Mxy gave him energy to protect him for a specific moment. Because he knew it was going to happen. He gave him this energy over the years, for a looooong time....for a specific purpose.

You're adding head canon, saying that this energy helps for other events when nothing says so.

Pretty much. Yet when Gladiator had his feat, it was taken at face value, no questions asked, even though it contradicted 40 years of comics as to his power level, and 50 years worth of Galactus' comics as to his power level.

When their Marvel characters get a good feat, zero scrutiny happens. They take it at face value, end of story.

When Superman gets a good feat, it's hyper-analyzed and lowballed at every turn. Carver and Alberto just gave us great examples of their differing standards on this same page, lol-

Yes He has been pumping superman with 5D energy throughout the years to PROTECT him in the 6th dimension, I don't disagree with that. But what I'm saying is it doesn't mean at some random point those 5D energy inside superman didnt make him do something beyond his tier class.
