Still if Metropolis extends to krypton with solar flares light wouldn't the sum of the kryptonite that wasn't dispersed become siphonable as energy by Lex against Superman.

Issue ends with Superman meeting Manhattan and the next one is out on Christmas.

Figured they'd save their confrontation for the final issue... ermm

I'd be surprised if they wrap their meeting up in this issue. Can't wait to see supes reaction when he finds out he wiped the floor with everybody combined.

I do hope we get a non plot device [i.e. Nth metal mace] conclusion between Diana and Adam though.

They really should take a whole issue to thoroughly explain/deconstruct WHY Superman is what he is at a fundamental level... WHY the very essence of reality spins around him... WHY everything comes from him, etc.

Given all the buildup to their confrontation, I'm expecting some serious depth, and not just "Superman uppercuts him, ftw /story"

Pretty obvious no one's beating Doctor M. I'm betting he suicides, or pulls a Sword of Superman and just merges with everything to fix what he broke.

Here I am hoping Superman punches Dr. manhattan with enough force to shake reality. Then, when Superman realizes he can’t do anything, DrManhattan can explain some Superman role.

Other than that, I’m hoping BA breaks WW apart. That’s, if they ever actually end up fighting.

Or Doctor M is all of Superman's suppressed subconscious power, made manifest. The story ends with Superman accepting his true power, and merging with Doctor Manhattan.

Yeah...I can see cdtm's ending. It ends with Manhattan merging everything together, and using himself up in the process of whatever.

Diana is going to wreck Black Adam. She has consistently been displayed above Herald level.
