Brainiac 1M was capable of downloading, and destroying, the hundredS of universes/timelines that he had collected from Hypertime, within a matter of hours.
He was undoubtedly universal+, and Perpetua casually warped him into a piece of furniture. So yeah, it's a very high-end feat.

It seems like the "multiverse within the multiverse" thing might just be how Bendis is describing Hypertime... Because we know the infinity of Hypertime is fundamentally tied-to the mainstream multiverse/Orrery, so referring to Hypertime as a multiverse within the multiverse is kind of fitting, I guess... /shrug
