They must be weakened down to 1% of their power. How can you go from being multiversal to not being able to stop a planet? Doesnt make sense. A weakened Galactus fought a Celestial and did well. A weakened Hulk destroyed a planet twice the size of Earth. A weakened Thanos survived a blast from the cosmic cube.
