The problem is with the other fights you listed in your post.

The only reason I mentioned the other fights are due to them all being connected to DC vs Marvel. If DC vs Marvel is canon, those should be canon as well.

DB, DBZ and movies are canon to GT, yet GT is not canon to the mainstream DB continuity.

Same as Wolverine's first appearance (the most of it, I mean) is canon to What if Wolverine had killed the Hulk, yet said What if ain't canon to 616.
