When we have omnipotent beings coming down upon the Multiverse, looking at it, saying "This guy. He is the greatest antibody in the entire Creation and literally everything revolves around him being a constant on a metaversal level", it's probably a safe bet.

We've reached a point where "Superman will always win" is the most literally expressed concept in DC, across different writers, both as an abstract idea that always gets as powerful as he needs to be (Morrison) to the center-piece literal defender of the metaverse (Johns) -- the two most influential guys in DC, and then we have Snyder having him hop around the suns to one-shot trans-Hypertime beings.

Even if you absolutely loathe Superman on every conceivable level, I still cannot even comprehend how pathetically biased you'd have to be to look at everything Superman has done the last several years...everything he is...and still say: "Yeah... {insert random Marvel herald} can stomp him." Obviously the Superman hate will NEVER stop(that constant is to battleboards, what Superman himself is to the Metaverse), but it still boggles my mind. ermm

...Or on the flip side, imagine picking up a comic book for the first time in your life, with no preexisting knowledge of any of the characters involved, and just reading Snyder's JL + Doomsday Clock.

From a purely unbiased, objective standpoint, imagine what level you would think this "Superman" character operates at...

👆 promotional hype mostly.

Though I do understand why he'd want to eliminate Owlman+Metron, as they were some of the few with the ability to see his temporal manipulations prematurely.

SOMEBODY GETS IT

Doomsday's Cock turned out to be only 2 inches, amrite? 😄

Depending on what you want to say here, I think you got this backwards. The previous stories happened in the same Universe -- the Metaverse, to the same person. But after each Crisis, they are saved in an alternate Universe for preservation.

these preservation are seperate realities, and these realities still continue on their own. For example the earth-1985 pre crisis reality doesn't just end by the year 1985 and save in a hardrive box. earth 1985 still continue their story after 1985, we just don't read about it.

Think of it like this -- you are as you are right now, in our real world [call it metaverse]. Let's say that, at a press of a crisis-button, you can 'edit' your history. So, for example, the dog that died 10 years ago, if you press the button, he is now alive retroactively in the present day. But, at the same time, you want to have a backup for how your life was without your dog. So you have another button "Save As" that makes a backup for your life on Earth-2019. So you save it, and then you press the button that brings back your dog.

You are now, the same person, living a different 'time shifted/modified' life, while the previous history was saved. So, in essence, you're the same person who lived the life with the dog, without the dog, etc. But each of the previous iterations of your life [dog died, girlfriend didn't break up, etc.] that you lived [not an alternate version of you], are "Saved As" in the multiverse -- the 'memory box' I was talking about of the previous iterations of your life.

the previous history continue on their own though not just saved. that's why blue penis said reality/earths divides, Everytime there is a change in the metaverse, the multiverse grows. these memory boxes are parellel universes of people continuiting their own lives. the pre crisis realitydoesn't just stop continue after COIE, the new52 reality doesn't just stop continue after Rebirth. they just become alternative realities, we don't focus on their stories anymore. but they are continuing on linear time as well.

Yes.

I don't disagree. I mean, you know what the likes of you and I have been saying about the guy for years now.

I'm just not completely sure I like it.

I dont think any Marvel fan have said that a Herald would stomp Superman. I did feel like Surfer could stomp ANY Herald because I picture him as a being above Heralds, period. This is a character that can do anything, a.n.y.t.h.i.n.g. with just a thought and he have the durability and speed to back up his power output. That is literally the only character in that bracket (well, not anymore) that I would give an advantage in a crazy fashion against both Thor and Superman (only over Thor now). I didnt even see Alberto say someone would outright stomp Superman.

Don't lie, Carter. It's not nice.

Well, for the vs forum, it's pretty much a full stop, that is why I was for the ban -- that and the hilarious trolling where he is still put up against Blue Marvel aand whatnot -- or the last few months where the WF was attempted to be lowballed continuously -- with zero success but it still creates very toxic threads.

it was a good read, it just didnt live up to the hype. i like that superman got a good deep throat from DC i just didnt think it was needed. Like some things don't need to be confirmed.

Who is Carter? Lol... I didnt though. Which Herald have I said would outright stomp Superman? I'm sure 5 others at this moment are looking for a post of mine.

Pr can be quite awful, he closed my thread with Supes facing only two Marvel heralds, even though there is nobody left on this site who would consider it spite.

Maybe some true Marvel fans from 10 years ago. But they're dead now.

😂

Which thread?

I don't remember exactly.

It was either Superman vs. King Hyperion and Blue Bernand Marvel or King Hype and Gladiator.

Anyway, it was f*cking deleted, even though there is no way it could be spite against him --- but Pr doesn't really read this forum or care about it ( uhuh ), he lives in the days when Superman was basically Rogue without power absorption or titties.

Do you see a Superman ban in the forum's future again Pr?

Ah okay.

Same as when Zoom found him and called him "God" I imagine.

It's literally the only character Modern KMC cares for these days.

So I'm doubting there will be any ban, it will kill the little activity we have left.

I don't want to rain on people's parade or anything, and I get that it's just me. This kind of power creep is just not for me, tbh.

Basically everything Stilt said about me is true.

Ha. Fair enough.

And did anyone else catch the Batman finale issue?

What in the f*ck was that? 😬
