They're going to Apokolips next issue, which got an implied lip service with its location, so this should be exciting.

Depending on how its presented it could be....interesting.

Yeah the H-Dials were forged in the Sphere of the Gods, so it was only a matter of time until they went there.

I was also intrigued by the fact that the Operator...operates from Nil.

Haven't read X-men 4 yet but I guess that Colossus can manipulate Magneto with his iron form weather changed into it or not.

...mmm

Unless I see him use the Odinpower to headbutt i won't be satisfied.

So Galactus just made Thor his herald, gave him a boost in power, wants Thor to serve him, yet magically forgets that Thor might turn in him?

Galactus is indeed an idiot. You thought he would have learned to mind control his heralds after all the times they have turned on him.

Well it seems more like Galactus presumed he had avoided that eventuality by making him a herald (at least from what I saw). But that didn't work anyway. Or as he said he knows Thor will be his end but he didn't know when so you can't really insult Galactus either way. It doesn't appear that he can see literally word for word event for event into the future.

We dont actually know how Thor is connected to his "end". We just know he is. It's all open.

Yeah, it seems in order for his story to work, he did all of the changes abruptly, and then he has throwaway lines to justify the position he wanted them to start with [like Xavier still believing what classic Professor X dos being stated in this issue, but at the same time not really].

If you take a leap and accept that's what they are now, the story is quite good. But as a 'continuation'....eh.

And that's exactly why I'm still not on-board with it. If the character doesn't fit the role he wants them to play, he'll make them fit no matter what.

It's great when you have Mags and Apoc, sure, but it doesn't work for everyone.

Apparently Talon is his great great grandfather and he's now a brainwashed Talon. So instead of Bruce, Selena, Barbara etc you know curing his amnesia. They let him run around as "Ric" Grayson and get mindphucked by a zombie assassin. im pulling my hair out here

I heard about the talon thing. It's ****ing dumb.

Has it ever been shown who the fourth incarnation of the Marvel Multiverse is?

"The Fourth is missing. He is the pilgrim, the true believer who journeys into mystery. One day, he will return."

Probably the third Joker which we were promised...

Hopefully it's a Stan Lee avatar.

It would be a cool homage, imo... Especially now that he's dead. 👆

My favorite part about the "Three Jokers" story is how Fabok is leaving it up to each individual reader to decide whether or not they want it to be part of mainstream continuity. IOW, you could say it's canon, and I could say it's non-canon, and neither of us would be right.

What could possibly go wrong there, lol..?

Now that incoming has come and gone what are you guys thoughts on the initial issue?

i guess that i just didnt even understand the point of it? 😕

anybody have that scan of superman being called a cosmic entity? i think its in where is thy sting.

I can understand that, but from a narrative point of view, it still makes no sense. Why boost the being you believe to be your end? Why bestow him more power when he’s not under your full control?

The Surfer is a prime example. How many times has the Surfer betrayed Galactus? Yet he never takes the power back for some reason.

Story wise, Galactus should have imprison Thor so he could delay/stop his demise. This open the flood gate by having the writer bringing Thor’s Asgardians allies into finding away to free him.
