Me having an interpretation doesn't invalidate others I'm not so fragile that I cannot accept dissenting opinions.

Maybe he felt sated but he actually wasn't and this fake feeling of fullness surprised him. This plot is all about rigging Galactus's hunger so that could make sense and it would explain his surprise.

Surprise could make sense awesr

Again, not being in his right mind explains why he misjudged his own capacities. If Batman was drugged but he said "I've never felt stronger" then he gets his *ss beated by Penguin nobody would argue Penguin owned an amped Batman.
