while weakened he did create an entire galaxy with no sunlight to trap superman on the other side of the door, so this likely is his plan

so far where does Perpetua and Dr Manhattan fits in DC cosmic hierarchy? They are def below, Primal Monitor, The Presence, The Great Evil Beast, Elaine

comparing them to Lucifer or Michael?
Perpetua is def above Barbatos and Anti-Monitor, I'd say she's one of the top dog. She really reminds me of Nemesis from Marvel

I’m glad they are going back to Monitor/antiMonitor but they need to establish some of the previous lore. With that said AM, monitor, and Prepatua looks like they will be some sort of meta characters; likely controlling DC. They are still not all powerful though
honestly I sorta don't see Manhattan all that
so far he changed reality by manipulating events in timeline, sorta like butterfly effect like he moved alan scott's lantern, so Legion don't exist in 30th century
And beating that group of heroes casually isn't THAT impressive, alot of cosmic level beings can do that.
one shot killing pandora, metron, owlman, prof zoom are badass, but so far he doesn't have feats on Mxy or Beyonder, Molecule Man level
All we got is words from Mxy
but he is responsible for Nu52 so.... with only 3 more issues a lot of questions will not be wrapped up for sure.

But short of a few ambiguous comments from Mxy himself, there's really nothing that puts Manhattan above Mxy at this point.
Owning the heroes? Child's play for Mxy.
Stealing time from DC continuity? Child's play for Mxy.
Potentially destroying the universe/multiverse? Child's play for Mxy.
Creating life? Child's play for Mxy.
Possessing relative omniscience? Yeah, Mxy has that too(and arguably on a higher level.)
