I was thinking about moving the Tiers thread into the CBvF just to see if it gets anymore activity. Feel like there are still quite a few good discussions to be had about character placements and whatnot.

Thoughts?

👆 in the last 2-3 months I checked it and thought we all should update it.

So is Brotherhood of Evil Mutants an ironic title?

Or did Mags forget to take his meds when he came up with that.

In our current time all he needs is a migration background and people would still make him the victim even with a name and actions like that.

Not a bad idea, as nobody posts in the "comic books" subsection of "comic movies".

Moving Comic Questions worked fine.

Moving Tiers could work so good, it might even start a flaming war, lol.

You mean A Serious House on Serious Earth, that single story by Grant, right?

See, that's the problem. At best, they imply that.

He hasn't been caught red handed. Not like, let's say, Dr. Light.

Most Batman villains don't care about sex at all; they're obsessed with other stuff so much, they can't function like normal human beings.

Sexual inhibition does happen a lot in such cases. That and we have Mad Hatter appearing in cartoons for kids all the damn time.

Right now, Joker's words might be more convincing, with Hatter being into adult males.

Then again... if DC made one of those ridiculous Flash rogues a pedo, then it should be much easier with one of Batman's enemies.

Honestly, I get what you're saying. I also know that it's comics.

But I also think it's a bit too much of a weird deal when even the Legion of Doom ostracize Light for being a rapist.

Like half those villains wouldn't do the same if the comics could really explore it.

Yes. DC is ridiculous with the whole Dr. Light thing.

Marvel had Hood beating and raping Tigra and Jigsaw recording it... if anything, it only helped their criminal rep, not the other way round.

Marvel had Doom cry at 9/11.

Don't forget Magneto helping to clean up.

Victor is actually a pretty sensitive fellow.

😂 😂 😂

To be fair now, Otto and Fisk were there, too.

And Juggernaut, lol.

Fisk makes perfect sense, he's the major now, he was plotting it all along. He's a member of the illuminati, those aluminium hats were right all along.

With the Batman villains at least, there's the whole mental illness angle; they aren't just assholes or narcissists. Some of them have legitimate conditions.

In canon, that was just so stupid. It would have had more effect to have say, Kingpin shed a tear.

Wasn't it just Cheetah, a rape victim (I think so anyway no one phucking gives a shit about Wonder Woman's rogues gallery), who did so? Didn't Luthor say some smarmy shit like "Well, if we're excluding people based on poor character..." as a way to mock her protests?

Yeah, but unfortunately nobody really went any further in exploring that part.

There was also the way DC as a whole reacted to "oh gosh, Light RAPED a woman", which was a bit heavy-handed. I mean, rape is a horrible crime, and heroes (and sure, some villains) should be repulsed by it, but like I said, half those pricks have done worse.

I'll move it here shortly... Lets see what happens. 👆

Just found out how Super Hero Squad ended.

Could never watch it, I just liked the theme, but damn Norrin Radd just can't catch a break. He makes Thor look happy go lucky by comparison.

Crap I missed out on darksaints herc thread.

It was me against the world.

yeah man, I saw. But you did good. 👆

Galan, is there a reason for why the tier list ends at Skyfather? Why not extend it to include Cosmic and Super Cosmic characters, just to complete it.

Personally I'm curious about how newly introduced characters like the Death of Death will compare to the other cosmic beings.
