Yeah, writer interviews aren't admissible by themselves, but in this case it does give us a general idea how Ewing views IH. So like I said earlier: we probably won't see him at planetary levels on his own.

The problem is that generally writers don't know how to write powerful characters, especially when they want them to interact with others .

So there is the view that WWH might even be watered down, if anything
