Damn, referencing Young Justice and all.Yeah, I'm just going to assume all characters are hybrids of New 52 and Post Crisis now. Any reason not to?
At this point it's clear that everything in DC's history still exists. Now all the characters just have to 'remember' their pasts.
After Metal is over with, I'm sure we'll be revisiting this discussion. 😛

Good catch. I like how they referenced the actual issue number rather than GL Rebirth.

Most definitely, and I'll be honest, I'm looking forward to it.

Thanks for the link, but I'm not seeing the part in it that says the comics aren't canon.

Nope, not seeing it.
The part where the headline literally said " EXPANSION OF DC" wasn't enough of a clue?
They literally also mentioned other digital first comic which included INJUSTICE

Superman is stronger than Lobo.Tanks an explosion with enough energy from a weapon to turn Earth into ash without a scratch.
This coming from the same guy that thought the weapon was actually going to "destroy" the planet despite Mongul in the next panel having plans to rule the people after 🙄🙄

It's the expansion of their publishing program is not the same as expanding their multiverse by adding new planets.
I'm not saying the books are canon. I'm just not seeing any indication that they're not either.

Not only that. Destroying the weapon isn't equal to destroying the power the weapon can dish out. Two different things. Give me a bat and I can destroy a rocket launcher but I sure as hell can't generate the power behind what a rocket launcher can produce, even with a bat. ABHI is a funny guy.

Turning to ash means destroying planet. There may be people left who are not on planet on DC Earth.
wtf are you talking about
He say he's going to reduce it to ash. Then what's left of his earth he shall rule over. It's not that hard to put together. It would **** up the planet, but it wouldn't reduce it to ash.

It's not stupid writing, phantom stranger can't really be do much beyond what the quintessence or whatever plot based bullshit they allow to control him. He simply doesn't have access to any power that doesn't have a thing to do with whatever mission he's on.

Could you rip the metal, though????
