It might be to do with them not using Diamond as their distributor anymore.

MAX Fury was awesome, true.

Disagree on the "nobody's gonna read it" part, though.

Ennis has a shitload of fans and he's fully aware of it... don't forget that in The Boys and Herogasm, he did much worse stuff than he did in Punisher and Fury both.

The thing that annoyed me about it was that it didn't just affect comics. All their collectables used to be distributed through Diamond too, and now shops aren't sure how they're gonna get them.
