Wally is effectively omniscient, and as such, can 'see' all those who have sat on the chair before him.

He then goes on to say that Manhattan(and only Manhattan) is who shared his power with the chair.

Speaking of the chair, you guys hear that the "Three Jokers" book is actually still being worked on? The script is done, and the art is being revised, so we're still going to get it, it looks like.

That's not entirely true, it says right there on the same page that it's the Mobius chair's power that's giving him knowledge. It's old news that Dr Manhattan was NEVER omniscient, he can't see up to any point not involving his own timeline.

It's like literally right there that he is the Mobius chair also:

Actually he was "finessing" the timeline of earth 0 and earth 2. nothing more. He didn't actually do it because the Batman who laughs was corrupting things. Talking about it doesn't make it a feat

DC needs to stop adding new creationists every tine a new writer takes over.

Go with Vertigo’s run. The Presence created everything, while the Primal is the canvas. Though both are Omnipotent, and using the meta concept, it is us the readers that continues to give life the DC Muktiverse, since we are the ones that reads the story.

Talking about it. Also Dr Manhattan himself wasn't changing the multiverse via reality warping. He was going back in time and changing specific events so that the butterfly effect changed things as a whole. It's not really a macroscopic multiversal feat because that's what flash was talking about. By that logic marty and doc brown are hyperversal by creating three different timelines

Tbf, we don't know how Flash will go about trying to alter the multiverse. Maybe he'll make subtle alterations here and there to try and streamline things, or maybe he'll do it in one fell swoop. Only time will tell.

Where Manhattan is concerned, his entire emphasis was on Superman. Every alteration he made to the timeline was done solely to see what sort of impact it would have on Superman's story, and to further study/investigate why the multiverse itself continuously resets and revolves around him. Manhattan wasn't your typical baddie who was randomly f*cking with continuity to try and achieve "teh multiversal dominance!!!" or w/e... The guy was just fangirling over Supes and trying to figure out his importance to the cosmological superstructure for the entire event.
