One of the most powerful beings in history studied DC extensively throughout all of its pre/post crisis eras, looked at Superman and said "Yep, that's the guy that could kil me. Everything revolves around him. The guy is the THE antibody in the Metaverse" [and this was a short while after he one-punched the Michael Demiurgos of mainstream DCU in World Forger and destroyed his Multiverse]. Morrison has him lift infinities, perform impossible feats, then has a literal metafictional thought-robot that gets powerful to win against anybody be created after him by the son of the Primal Monitor himself -- due to the fact that his story is unbeatable.
In short -- it's done. What many Superman fans [myself included] would probably write mental fan fiction about is now on paper, in continuity, for everybody to see.
Superman fans won. What you're dong now is just wasting your time trying to convince people that don't want to be convinced -- which gets repetitive. You'll get sore [and the people reading it will grow sore]. I'm a Superman fan and I'm bored talking about him -- but I like to make carver cry, so there's that weakness.
