The Last Jedi was the worst.

From the first scene to the last.

I don't understand how there are fans of Rian Johnson's work.

👆

The only part of TLJ I actually liked was Yoda's "failure is the greatest teacher" chat with Luke. Everything else was godawful.

Shame Carrie's 'legacy' ended on that note.

Yeah, it was... okay.

Superman: Man of Tomorrow comes out August 24th. Looking forward to it.

To be fair now, Muppet Yoda is your guilty pleasure.

I don't know why they didn't opt for re-using prequels' CGI, making necessary changes to make him older, of course.

And then he pretended to be Storm from the X-Men and called lightning from the sky...

There wasn't, far as I can see.

The truth is Kathleen Kennedy rode George Lucas's coat tails, and no one had the guts to move against her because "womenz", and political aspirations.

So they let her work speak for itself, them quietly rebuilt.

You can't see very far.

Critics loved his work and he keeps getting praised for other movies as well.

I doubt Kathleen was very involved, tbh.

She is to blame, but for sitting on her ass and doing nothing but dishes and laundry her whole life.

Abrams and Rian are to blame, they haven't worked closely at all.

One had an idea for the whole trilogy, the other was a retard assclown midget, who wanted to ruin whole franchise with a single god-awful film.

Critics don't count. 😛

They're spineless shills, the lot of them.

The audience scores are polar opposite on almost everything at this point.

Critics may not count, but Johnson has managed to divide the whole SW community, so... there are plenty of his wankers.

That's generalising and not true.

It's okay to observe audience scores, but keep in mind they don't give accurate info, with all the bots around.

Saw this.

Aside from the fact that I don't really know how that would even work, I also don't see why in the f*ck they need to address the ST in a book set during the OT..? srsly

Agreed. I’m pretty happy that I avoided seeing TRoS after the last Jedi but reading the plot on Wikipedia ....ugh.

Watch it be some new prophecy foreshadowing Reys arrival or something dumb.

Or how snoke gets his ring with part of Vader’s castle in it.

😂

I actually would have preferred a CG Yoda there. Muppet Yoda only fits the OT.

Yeah, if they're including anything from the ST I hope it's Snoke, because I can't imagine anything else fitting. Rey and Kylo wouldn't be alive at this time, and Palpatine wouldn't have body-hopped yet.

Snoke allegedly "watched the Empire rise and fall", so he should be around. I probably wouldn't mind him popping up IF(key word) Pak handles it right.

I'm hoping for cool feats and Sith Maths , personally.

Agreed. It basically ruined the entire sequel trilogy

Hopefully Pak will start scaling them in Herc units to make power levels in SW easier to understand. 👆

Yes.

Before TLJ, I have enjoyed every SW film (to various degrees, of course) and I'm including TPM and AotC here.

new dc event coming, hopefully it's not written by snyder

The prequels were good from a universe-building perspective.
Lots of interesting species, ships, weapons and so on.

Rotten Tomatoe's made changes to make bot spamming more difficult. Verified accounts and such.

Included a purge on user reviews, before kicking off the new system.

Needing to verify account was a good way to stop mass-producing bots in 2005.

Now we have 2020.

the sites that require the mods or admins to approve every new account before it has access to the forums is probably the best line of protection against bots.
