I don't exactly get why people are so upset about thor's "feat": He is greatly enhanced by the OP and a huge amount of the PC. Without them He would be nothing to Galactus, and these power ups will go away eventually.

It actually went away (Thor doesn't has power cosmic anymore).

The way Thor owns Galan is intense. He literally beats him around, ignored his powered up attacks, drains him back to regular levels, one shots him, and uses him as a bomb.

And the crater isn’t a low showing, because the “bomb” is actually one big lightning bolt pointing away/upward from the moon.

Uh, nope.

Also Surfer says that there were few in galaxy who did not feel the vibrations of the fight.

All in all a great feat but not exactly what you expect from a Galactus killer.

Yeah when does he run out of energy? Can he then absorb some of that sunlight to power himself up and then power the sun indefinitely?

In a way Superman does amplify the energy he absorbs. His heat vision is much much hotter than a star. The energy from the star allows him to lift more than the star at fraction of the energy. And of course he can fly faster than the light that is emitted by a star. So in a way he does amplify the energy and then shooting it back at the sun to replenish is certainly possible. But thats now how stars work lol so you got a point.

Oh, he does. He literally has organs that act as reactors to turn a little sunlight in to a lot of power.

Superman has enough energy inside his body that absorbing the Mageddon anti sunlight, which would have vaporized half the galaxy, didn't depower him. He is also powerful enough to break chains that drag suns massively faster than light across galaxies.

It's not surprising he has the power to act as the Sun for months.

I'm not saying it's not possible; I'm just saying it's dumb. If he was powering any other machine or entity, I'd be all for it. But this is the sun. It's yet another stupidly high feat for feat's sakes.

also i thought galactus was necessary to maintain universal equilibrium.

what will happen now that he's dead? 😕

Abraxas gets released again?

That was lame.

I described exactly what happened.

You were commenting on a fight in a comic you hadn't even read yet. Imagine being this insecure. You pulled a Carver. SMH. Thankfully Galan posted the scans, not that it changed anything.

You made up your mind to lowball this literally before you read the comic, and saw some spoilers and like 3 panels online.

The narration also said children woke up screaming Galaxies away, and the lightning roared across the Universe. Why are you using narrative flowery language as evidence this was a bad feat....?

Pr, Galan, at one point does this stop becoming a conversation, and start becoming just trolling? Dude was lowballing before he even read the comic.

Galactus stated that he was more powerful than he has EVER been. So for Thor to casually cuck him before absorbing all of his power is really stupid, imo.

I highly doubt he'll stay dead, tbh.

Cates shat on Galactus so bad.

Thor had a portion of Galactus' power before got his last amp. Then Galactus his super maximum overdrive, and Thor still insta drained him while ignoring his strongest in history blast.

Then takes him helmet and sticks it on the Bifrost.

I think Cates got molested as a kid at comic con by someone in a Galactus costume.

My favorite part is how Silver Surfer Blacked.com arrives at Asgard getting ready for the casting couch:

Thor should keep him as a pet.

On the surface Herald Tor did the right thing. At least he thinks he did. But u know things never goes as planned. Pretty sure there will be consequences.

@Rage, it was an upward attack that went into space. Abhi, stop. Youre trying way to hard.

Just a HUGE showing for Thor. Embrace it.

Lolwut? The bomb was blasted on the moon with little damage on the moon.

Yeah, galaxy level vibrations are cool. Nothing like Superman shaking every dimension by flying though.

So yeah, not overly impressed.

Oh, Carver my boy...i don't have anything else to embrace.

Thor hasn't done anything outside of his book. I'll stick to this story like Marwash on Black panthers movie.

So yeah, not overly impressed.

It wasn't a bomb in the traditional sense, it was a giant lightning bolt that was shot upward. It was a concentrated AOE attack.

Do you ever shut up about Superman? Nobody mentioned him. Stop being so insecure. Thor's flown and stars have flickered. Mjolnir has literally torn through entire dimensions across the Multiverse in it's flight.

I'm not a Hulk fan, your mediocre feats don't impress me. You've spent too much time bullying Carver on here.

Marvel might be doing allright on the books, but this is what creative bankruptcy looks like.

Unless Thanos gains control of the zombie-verse and uses it to invade/destroy 616(it looks like all the heroes in the background are zombified.)

I'd read that, ngl.
