I'm wondering could Jason become the new joker just like Tim in TAS.
one of the jokers said he had plans for casting call. And another joker mentioned Jason using his former moniker.
Wouldn't be surprised, given that Jason killed one of them in this issue.

-------

Also Johns confirmed that the 3 Jokers don't hail from alternate dimensions and whatnot:

Swamp Thing vs. Upside Down Man:
My thoughts when reading this-

Swamp Thing just overpowered Upside-down Man in his own realm where he is the entire realm.

****ing insane.

It's...quite absurd.

The writer has a very high opinion of The Green, which is a weird asspull if I'm being honest.

That's some shit I would have expected from maybe God Swamp Thing. But your standard/baseline Swamp Thing waltzing in and casually overpowering UDM and his reality? Jesus christ.

I've decided that being in one's place of power actually weakens you

the joker issue was good, but did it seem kind of jumbled to anyone else?

Kind of like the inverse ninja rule except for a place of power lol?

Yes, and I think that's the point.

We're dealing with a story centered around the Joker here(and in this case three Jokers.) I fully expect this series to be 90% confusion, and 10% understandable.

Yeah, it's a head-scratcher for sure. This essentially makes Swamp Thing almost unusable as a Vs character, too. And I thought Hawkman was bad.

Yup, pretty much. You just know someone is about to eat humble pie.

Is there any precedent at all for Swamp thing being able to do something like this?

Like how does the green even work in a reality with no green? 😕

Yeah it is a pretty good rule to expect lol.

And there are plenty of examples of it.

Precedence for him easily overpowering a universal(?) being in his own realm? Lol, no.

There is precedence for ST being able to access "all realms...all spaces":

But that's about it.

Plus he was amped at that time with a piece of wood from the garden of Eden iirc.

Upside-down Man is multiversal. The realm he is in? It's the dark multiverse which is infinitely bigger than the main DC multiverse.

The Edenwood didn't amp his connection to The Green. It just enabled him to manifest an armor that was untouchable to demons.

👆 it looked badass is what it was. Though I recall it was a bit shit in combat lol.

Yeah, the Edenwood armor was bulky AF. Made ST borderline immune to physical attacks from upper-end demons and whatnot, but he was still susceptible to having his soul removed(which ST didn't care about, because he "didn't need it anyway", lol.)

I honestly enjoyed it. Just wondering what the actual explanation is going to be in the end.

My theory: They're the Jokers from various earths, and while almost everyone else was folded in to single versions of each character, the Jokers were instead just displaced to whatever the new earth was at the time.

Dr Manhattan:. " Joker is too fragmented for me to fold together"
