There is an old Superman villain called Endless Winter. However I doubt it’s her

DC should just make a new character called "White Winter" to be the baddie in this. IMO.

I just read the 3 jokers 1st issue. Based on how they are counting shouldn't the new 52 have its own joker? The one that cut off his face? Because it seems like the bronze age isn't represented
