Galactus was on the edge of kree galaxy, obviously none of the kree galaxy was destroyed. Because those conquered worlds were ceded to centurions after the war.

Sorry, one other question because I've been curious about it for a while.What is the difference between the Omega Beams, the Omega effect, the Omega force, and the Omega Sanction?
The Omega Beams/Effect are one in the same -- ie. the Omega energy that Darkseid routinely shoots out of his eyes, which allows him to teleport, torture, disintegrate (etc.) pretty much anyone that doesn't have an S-Shield.
The Omega Force(assuming you're talking pre-crisis) is essentially the exact same thing as the Beams/Effect, except Darkseid uses it as hand-blasts instead:

The Omega Sanction warps time itself around the target, to imprison them in a "life trap" so impenetrable that not even Rip Hunter can access the points in time you are locked in.
But like Phil said: it's all still the same Omega energy... Darkseid can just use it in a variety of different ways.
