And he's obviously weakened for right now. That much is obvious reading the book. No matter how much he tries to boast about it. Later on he should be at full power, hopefully but he is showing no sign of being at full strength. At one point, he couldn't even walk.

Not really, since Banner can't tap into it, per Herc's own words.

The mini tells the origin of Maestro Hulk from the FI universe, before he became formidable enough to sodomize Professor Hulk, who was already superior to Savage, at least pre-retcon.

So a non canon story about an alternate Hulk that hasn't been relevant in decades.

Never liked Maestro, or as I call him "Bald Hulk".

This Hulk is obviously not the raging monster we are use to since he is weakened. No matter how mad he got and threatened to kill, he can't amp like the Hulk we know of and add on to the fact that he's weakened, that just add more context to the fight.

Context. Try it sometime.

If it were Superman, you'd be losing your mind, analyzing every panel and pixel, trying to explain it.

In this case, it's pretty clear pre-Maestro Hulk was nowhere near his prime.

I fully understand that carver is infuriating and it feels good to belittle him.

But it's carver himself who needs to be targeted, not the comic characters.

Plenty of members left over the years, because carver started fanboying over one of their pet characters, which ALWAYS results in a massive backlash against such character.

That's a wrong reaction. What is needed is carver tied up and raped repeatedly by the entire forum. Only then this circus will end.
