Well, tbf, even that "get your shit together" approach is better than coddling people like this. The delivery may be wrong though, but I also have about zero pity for the Incel culture, they're vile and bask in it.
From the get-go, the context of this discussion is dumb. In America, something like 3-in-8 people between the ages of 19 and 26 are virgins. That's a demographic consisting of millions of people- saying "I don't like incels" is logically equivalent to saying that you don't like black people, or you don't like feminists etc. You're painting broad strokes over a massive population of individuals whose behavior is not consistent.
The vast majority of incels live fairly pedestrian lives and have fairly pedestrian behavior,while struggling with mental illnesses, self-image issues etc. The individuals who bitterly complain about how the world has wronged them, champion people like Elliot Rodgers, etc are a vocal minority who come together on the internet and wallow in echo chambers while their views become more and more extreme. Like pretty much all internet communities, they are a poor representative of the majority.
So with that out of the way, hating incels doesn't make sense to me. Hating incels who are bitter and spiteful people that refuse to hold themselves accountable for their predicament makes sense, but it's also a redundant statement, as you're basically just saying that you hate shitty people. You don't have to be an incel to be a shitty person- hell you don't even have to be an incel to hate women. As far as anecdotes go, the people in my life who've shown the most openly spiteful and hateful sentiments toward women, have been women themselves and men who have basically been drowning in pussy for most of their adult lives.
Personally, I have disdain for people who choose to hate the world rather then accept that they have problems and that with some work and self-sacrifice they can fix those problems. But in regards to incels as a whole, I feel sorry for them more then anything.

On top of that I'm also a stoner, so they'd have to not be immediately turned off by that, I can be rather eccentric in real life which some might find offputting, and I'd need to have reasonably decent chemistry with her as well. As such there are plenty of women I find attractive, but only a few I'd actually be interested in pursuing a relationship with. I've set a certain standard on who I'm willing to share myself with, and I'm willing to accept the consequences of that. I'm fine waiting for the right person and until then my left hand will do.
I should note though that I've personally never felt offended by the term incel as if it speaks to something about me, as I don't really consider myself a sexually frustrated person. I just mentioned all that for the sake of honest transparency and to show I'm serious about providing honest feedback and not just attacking you.

There's just something about your fixation with incels that seems like you're punching down in a manner of speaking, like you're weirdly focused on attacking a group of people that have hit a certain rock bottom in a manner of speaking, even if it's their own fault, which can come off as kinda delighting in other people's problems in life. It's also just not really a response that serves as anything of a solution to the problem. If their issues are rooted in sexual frustration and a lack of social skills, than further ostracizing them just seems like it would be something that would exacerbate the problem.
As for why they make your skin crawl well that's an easy one. Whiny entitlement and bitterness aren't exactly admirable traits for a person to possess, much less for a community or ideology to be centered around. It comes across as pathetic, and as reflective of a certain weakness in moral character, which could understandably evoke feelings of disgust in people, especially if these are traits exhibited by grown men. It's not that there isn't legitimate criticism of them, believe me there is, it just seems like you have a disproportionately odd level of contempt for them and fixation with them.
As for straight men voluntarily choosing to not have sex with women for reasons other than religious, that's MGTOW and that's kinda it's own thing.
