Especially not in comparison to unprecedented levels of public debt owned in large part by America's global opponents like China. Crumbling road and rail infrastructure with no signs of needed investment. Chronically underfunded public education systems. A growing social unrest based on race. An increasing public resentment of intellectuals and academics. Stagnating technological innovation. Political corruption etc etc.

There being worse problems doesn't mean something isn't concerning. I mean murder is much worse than stealing. would you say that stealing isn't a serious issue?

The analogy would be more like people getting angrier about 1 person stealing than they would be about spiraling murder rates.

And yet, for example, this thread is 50+ pages long yet almost none of the things I mentioned have ever been brought up on these forums.

Why discuss them here? Most people on here are Americans who couldn't point to my country on a map, let alone know anything about them.
I rarely make threads about anything. Even under my original account I made about 50 threads in 12 years.
