Nathan Phillips shouldn't have accosted the teen and then lied about it on national TV. he also shouldn't have lied about his military service.

That's all fair. Nothing wrong with anything you said.

I'm unsure how this will be thrown back in your face, though. I'm curious about the rebuttal.

Anyways, what do you think about the recent announcement that Sandmann will also be suing Nathan Phillips(the native american in the video)? It's not for anywhere near the amount he sued CNN and others for, but it is still happening.

How did that work out for you?

Sounds like fake news, do you have a link to a valid source?

Not fake news the lawyer is saying they expect to sue for 5 mil

https://lawandcrime.com/lawsuit/nick-sandmanns-lawyer-expects-to-sue-native-american-activist-nathan-phillips/

Welp, I better go start a GoFundMe for Phillips then. Lets get him enough money to both fight this shitty and greedy litigious family and enough money to counter sue.

So is it the amount that bothers you or is it that you genuinely don't think he should be sued?

A GoFundMe was started for Sandmann, what's the problem now?

Also, remember when blowing your rape whistle and suing because your feelings were hurt was something only "baby snowflake Leftist cucks" did? Robtard remembers.

I don't have any issue with anyone opening up a GoFundMe for Phillips, anyone dumb enough to donate him should be free to do so. I'm just wondering if your issue is with the amount he will be sued for or the fact he is being sued at all?

Frivolous lawsuits are a cancer to our legal system. If Phillips was suing Sandmann for hurting his feelings, I'd feel the same.

Yeah, making so-called "journalists" pay for defamation is sooo "frivilous." 🙄

Ah so you're just against defamation lawsuits in general?

Defamation lawsuits need to prove that their was an actual loss sustained eg you lost your job because X-news said something false about you.

Not something like Tom Cruise suing every time someone says he's a gay-homo and it hurts his little Scientology feelings.

Did you support Alex Jones being sued for defamation over his Sandy Hook nonsense?

Yes.

The parents had repeatedly over the years asked Jones to stop and he repeatedly refused for years and years, this caused the parents mental anguish over the fact they had actually lost children to a murder rampage.

What Jones did was far and above and beyond just hurting feelings, he also had multiple chances to stop and refused. In fact, he'd doubledown.

Oh, and it was pretty damn obvious that CNN defamed that poor, innocent kid who did absolutely nothing wrong. Otherwise, CNN wouldn't have settled the case.

Sorry Trump-haters, but smirking isn't a crime even if the person doing it is wearing a MAGA hat.

I also wanna point out that even if the narrative given by the left wing media about what happened was 100% accurate this *still* was not a newsworthy story.

I figured you'd not address the points and go with "they're the same!".

Wrong, Jones did stop talking about it. Others kept bringing it up and he merely responded to them. As expected, you are sorely ignorant on anything even remotely related to Alex Jones. CNN and MSNBC has filled your head with garbage about him.

No doubt you also think he suports the KKK (despite actually protesting them on numerous occasions) and hates jews lol.
