If you're not trying it, try it. But one thing I see done wrong all the time is people don't meditate or try to sleep within 30 minutes of taking the sleep aid.

I had troubles too, melatonin didn't really work for me.
I've been getting amitriptyline for sleep, but it's also used for anxiety.
