I want people on the left to give a real answer: why does JP scare you so much? I do not believe the claims about "well he's empowering the alt right and it's dangerous". I do not believe those claims and I do not believe you guys believe them either.

So what is it about him? When you decipher most of what JP says its not that big a deal, certainly nothing worthy of the hatred people seem to have over him. A lot of his stuff i just common sense.

The only guess I can make is that they perceive him as a popular figure on the alt right and thus attack him based on that. It doesn't even matter that is own views are not close to being alt right...all that matters is that some people who are alt right like him.

This is the next round in using litigation like a club. Once everyones so scared of being sued, that their reactions become predictable, recordings like this are easy to make.

We'll be seeing a LOT more of these, until more regulations are put in place to prevent secret recordings (Because they sure won't reform the laws that invite litigation.)
