Technically that is true....I remember when the Ladies Rooms used to have nice furnished Waiting Rooms attached to the Rest Rooms.

Where as the Gents you were lucky if the toilet seat was still attached.

from what I have heard, most perpetrators of sexual assualt for both boys and girls are men. Assuming we are talking about boys under 10 years old... I'm pretty sure there's a big taboo against molesting them even for a woman. So I tend to doubt your explanation.

There'a a taboo. The taboo is not the same between sex's.

Aside from what the local prosecutor said in CT, in an infamous case, a judge gave the most draconian sentence possible for an 17 year old boy with a 14 year old girl. And then gave the lightest sentence possible when the sex's were reversed, for the exact same crime.

It's pretty much common knowledge that women with a minor, and men with a minor, are looked upon differently by society. The judges themselves are often open about their bias (They tend to not suffer from the fear, or consequences, of social taboos like assuming the validity of traditional gender roles. After all, who will sue to silence a judge, prosecutor, or DA?)
