Men are the primary source of sexual abuse of young boys. There fore young boys are safer from sexual abuse around women, on average. What don't you get?

There'a a taboo. The taboo is not the same between sex's.Aside from what the local prosecutor said in CT, in an infamous case, a judge gave the most draconian sentence possible for an 17 year old boy with a 14 year old girl. And then gave the lightest sentence possible when the sex's were reversed, for the exact same crime.
It's pretty much common knowledge that women with a minor, and men with a minor, are looked upon differently by society. The judges themselves are often open about their bias (They tend to not suffer from the fear, or consequences, of social taboos like assuming the validity of traditional gender roles. After all, who will sue to silence a judge, prosecutor, or DA?)
