2020 Presidential Election Discussion

He didn't run in 2016 cuz he kid had died. Lol@ the desperation of trying to find some alternative theory. Made me legit laugh out loud.

I just found out that Rachel Maddow of all people is going to be one of the moderators for the first democrat debate lmao. She's a crazy ass conspiracy theorist who literally thought Trump was going to be putting people in concentration camps and yet she still had the nerve to criticize Alex Jones as being a conspiracy theorist.

She's about as unbiased as Sean Hannity or Tucker Carlson is. Only difference is those two actually admit that they're opinion journalists. Maddow pretends, as many so-called "journalists" on MSNBC and CNN do for themselves, that she is totally "unbiased" lol.

10 candidates are set to debate tonight.

Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren
Former Texas Rep. Beto O'Rourke
New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker
Minnesota Sen. Amy Klobuchar
Washington Gov. Jay Inslee
Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard
Former Maryland Rep. John Delaney
Former Housing and Urban Development Secretary Julián Castro
Ohio Congressman Tim Ryan
New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio

They're all already better than Trump and more qualified than he was.

You're right. Even Warren is better than Trump and she's the biggest douche on that list. Beto is a close second.

Dunno, Julian Castro has a very punchable face

The debate tonight could move some people in the polls since there really is only Warren hogging the polls vs tomorrow nights more popular spread of candidates.

The results could be interesting if any of the less popular candidates get a breakaway moment, certainly more opportunity to shine tonight.

Holy f*ck, what is he thinking?

I want to be President?

Sanders leads poll 😆

Sorry, ain't happening. EVER.

Meh, still way too early in the game.

Calling the winners now is like the retards who call the Presidential election state results in the first hour because it reads 68% for their side and they didn't bother looking that the state in question is only 12% done.

What makes them more qualified? Because they're lawyers and career politicians? This is actually what the founding fathers didn't want.

The people serving in government were meant to be successful entrepreneurs and professionals who understood how the world work; not those looking to suck-up to lobbyists in order to line their pockets.

More to that point, being a politician wasn't supposed to be a paying career choice.

NBC news with their priorities down.

To open with a focus on the debates, or stupid Trump tweet time. Guess what the shows first three minutes focused on.

that makes the founding fathers sound pretty retarded then considering you don't have to know how the world works to be a successful entrepreneur, you just have to be born rich.

But you are technically correct and that that is what the founding fathers wanted, rich landowning white men in office.

^typical retarded anti-america/anti-capitalist socialist talk. Not everyone who is a successful entrepreneur was rich before they started; if you think otherwise then you're just ignorant. Yes, you do in fact need to know how the world works at least in the business sense to be highly successful at it.

Enough are that its a meaningless accolade in of itself. The super-majority of wealth in america is inherited, just like your mother with my sperm.

A lot steal it, too. That's what luxury resort investments and hedge funds are for.

But the extreme overwhelming majority are and if you have to appeal to the very small exception to make your point, you've missed the point.

Also, here's how your business sense works in the real world:

"I should invest is this great idea because I have money I was born into to invest. I have a team of highly qualified people who can run the company and act as advisers. I will not fail because my money gives me every advantage to make this investment successful."

FYI, I've been on the receiving side of these wealthy investors. They are often morons and highly ignorant. But they have enough money to hire very talented people.
