Biden winning it was more about conservatives not likening Trump. There were something like 50,000 people who voted for Biden who also voted for the two Republican senators. Shows that it was more a rejection of trump than conservative principles.
The 73 million votes for Trump disagrees with the concept that it was a "rejection of Trump". Trump had much greater support from GOP folks than Biden had of Dem folks.
Biden just simply got more votes from white males compared to 2016. The white males significantly dropped support from Trump and switched to Biden. From what I can see, proportionally, Biden lost ground among all other major demographics compared to 2016, across the board.

We should thank the white-boys for the election. Had they not swapped support by, say, even half of what they did, Trump would likely retain the office.
