That is why Biden will never specifically call out the groups/people that are acting against unity or peace, because he'd be mostly calling out his side and admitting that would hurt the left's narrative.

That’s the positive framing. The reality is that it was implemented by the wealthy elites (the founding fathers), who wanted the ability to overrule the vote if the common people made a mistake (threatened their control). It never really came to using that, there are a lot of other mechanisms that have ensured that American „Democracy“ has been a plutocracy throughout its existence.

Yeah. And this was the big lawsuit where Trump was trying to basically get all the votes in the state thrown out.
The judge was very unimpressed with the evidence brought forward by Trumps lawyers.

This is quite interesting and I believe we are the same. I get real tired of this partisan shit and you absolutely MUST be a Dem if you're a liberal, in the US (the argument goes that, at least). But I find the Dems to be rather disgusting pieces of shit. And, obviously, the GOP is just very open about how big of pieces of shit they are...they at least don't try to put makeup on their shit and pass it off as a beautiful model.
