Nothing is impossible to God. He's omnipotent. He could have created the universe instantaneously if He had wanted to. He only did it in 6 days and rested on the seventh for man's benefit. It gave us our 7 day week. Evolutionism nonsense certainly doesn't explain where our 7 day week cones from.

You are trying to put limitations on an all-powerful being as if He is bound by the same laws of science and nature as we are. He actually created those laws/rules. They obey Him, not the other way around. Time itself literally bends to His will.

Don't forget, Jesus literally skipped all the intermediary steps for turning water into wine.

God doesn't need the same observations we do to know when a day has passed. In addition to being omnipotent and omnipresent, He is also omniscient.
