He actually created those laws/rules. They obey Him, not the other way around. Time itself literally bends to His will.

God doesn't need the same observations we do to know when a day has passed. In addition to being omnipotent and omnipresent, He is also omniscient.

If we have quantum physics where a particle can exist in nearly an infinite number of places, at once, then objects can exist in multiple states, shapes, and even times.
