I would encourage you to figure out how much more a "billion" is than a "million." Millionaires are not the problem.

Nice, so we’re moving the goal post again? Thanks for letting me know.

Millionaires still have money to create big changes. Sanders never worked a day in life, and now he owns 3 houses, and he’s a millionaire. Saying millionaires aren’t a problem is pretty damn petty because you can’t defend your guy.

Wrong. Trump is attacked by the Left, not his own side. Bernie is attacked by the Right AND establishment Democrats (which shows you he's ACTUALLY doing something right). That's the difference. That CNN link was intentionally misleading because they know most people aren't going to watch the actual video, so the title puts words in Bernie's mouth. He never said what the title suggests. You're helping spread the bullshit. Good job.

^ This guy right here is both correct and makes a great point

It's also only going to get worse the better Sanders does, if Sanders wins Nevada, the mud slung at him will explode

I'm inclined to agree with Leech on this one.

Millions are more "lifestyle money". Those who have billions can mint millionaires, especially if they donate as a group.

Think "Bonfire of the Vanities". The main character was a millionaire,.and his money eventually ran dry defending himself.

A richer man could have fought back indefinitely. And probably afforded better consul, if not access to an inner circle based on backroom deals.

The point is Sanders is rich and yet he calls himself a "democratic socialist" lol.

Doesn't matter if there are people who have much more money than him. Bloomberg has much more money than Trump and yet some dem voters say Bloomberg is "Trump-lite." 😂

Trump has been attacked by people on the right too, so nope! Good thing nobody embarrassed themselves agreeing with this before I pointed out the truth.

True not as many repubs go after trump compared to the dems going after Bernie, but it does happen.

EDIT: And course there will be less attacks from repubs now that trump has served 4 years as a republican, but it's not like they didn't attack him during primaries for 2016.

TIL: One can't be moderately wealthy (NetWorth:2-2.5mil) and a Democrat or socialist.

In really, one can be all and there's nothing wrong with that if you've worked for your money as Sanders has. You people seem to think Sanders is the Smurf version of a classic Marxist or something.

lol literally every single republican went after Trump in the 2016 election cycle. Some folks are either ignorant, have short memories, or are just outright lying.

Candidates did go after Trump as that's part of the game, when a candidate surges, his/her rivals attack.

But to say all the Republican establishment went after Trump, that is wrong. eg Roger Ailes (Trump's good buddy and fellow sexual assaulter) used the very far reaching power of Fox News to support Trump.

It's okay to be wealthy. Lord knows democrats didn't ever attack Mitt Romney for his wealth back in 2012.

Was that supposed to be one of your "gotchas!"?

The republicans running for president weren't the only ones who went after Trump. Republicans in general went after him too until he got the nom, and hell some even after.

Sort of like democrats running and those who aren't running are going after Bernie.

Come talk if Bernie gets the nom and Dems still go after him.

Stop this bullshit. Sanders does not threaten the wealthy status quo. Like all politicians, Sanders bends to their wills.

Sanders is the same man that wants to tax the 1% more money, yet when he became a millionaire himself, he payed less than 10%.

The man now owns 3 houses.

Sanders like all politicians is a crook.

Was this supposed to counter the facts I said? Cos it does not follow, Surt.

Not at all, though I do wonder when between then and now being wealthy became okay in the eyes of democrats.

It was never not okay to be wealthy. The issue is how you use that wealth.

It certainly does. First you pointed out candidates went after Trump as that is "part of the game". This is false, it wasn't just the candidates who went after Trump.

Next you talk about the entire republican establishment going after Trump, but nobody claimed that. What was claimed is that some republicans did go after Trump and not just the ones who wanted to be president. Most came around only once it was clear Trump would be the nom.

Similarly, tons of dems are going after Bernie...not just those running.

You guys will have more of a legit complaint if the attacks do not cease if Bernie gets the nom.

Being wealthy is perfectly fine to them as long as the person is a democrat.

So in what positive ways does Bernie use his wealth? Positive for society not for Bernie Sanders.

Lets skip any mention of giving to charities. Even greedy billionaires can claim that.
