If you have that type of relationship with your female friends, yeah, you should get an honest answer.

If you're always the weird, creepy, but tolerated friend in your group, they may not answer.

But if you're known as the deep thinker, talker, and speculator, it could go over really well and you get some nice responses back.

Also, the question should include "fantasy" and be sure to include that it is to settle an argument about how common women have this particular fantasy. While you're at it, ask your male friends, too.
