You have to prove that while traveling, she had to react to shit in less than 0.2 seconds (peak human reactions). Proper reflexes to navigate space at light speed is less than human level reflexes. You haven't proven that it takes better than human reactions.
Space is extremely large. For example, if the sun was the size of 1 cm in diameter then the nearest star would be more than 160 miles away. That's a whole state away. Your river analogy of the river does not work. Space is much much larger than that.
Simple math.
Traveling at light speed you see an object 200,000 miles from you, in your path (extremely unlikely due to the size of space), then you would have 1 second to react.

It makes no sense that she has to have superhuman reflexes if she can travel at light speed in space. You can gain the ability to travel lights peed while keeping the same reflexes. You are making shit up now.
Also, space is large. Objects are so far away from her that she has plenty of time to react to anything that can hurt her. Light moves slow as hell in space.
