The way Captain Marvel demolished those spaceships singlehandedly is nothing to scoff at. At this point I consider her destructive output about on par with Thor if not greater... because I don't know if Thor could have taken out those ships as easily.
That said, she is nowhere near the warrior that Thor is, nor is her physical strength and durability all that impressive. Right now her physical strength seems just above Captain America level, maybe Spiderman level at most. And though a skilled fighter she still struggled with opponents that Thor would steamroll.
Thor with Stormbreaker should win. Even Ragnarok Thor would probably win but not easily. Regular Thor.... could be a toss up. Depends how smartly Carol fights.

While being propelled by flight out in space without gravity. Don't tell me you think she's strong enough to lift a building while standing on land? Most of the Kree and Skrulls were stronger than humans but not so much so that guys like Fury couldn't put up a fight against them in h2h. Danvers didn't do anything physically without the assistance of her photon powers to indicate she was that much stronger than they were.

Carol 6/10. Carol is cocky, underestimating SB would turn fatal, however her speed does give her the advantage here.
