Thor by feats. But Feige has confirmed numerous times that Cap Marvel is basically the MCUs Superman. So she won before we even saw the film.

CM never showed the feats to beat Thor in her film but that will all change in Endgame.

Even though its been said that Marvel is the most powerful hero in the MCU, the feats don't support it at current...

Based on what we saw in Infinity War, Thor could have destroyed that ship just as easily as Marvel did (Thor was flying straight through ships during the battle in Wakanda)...

Thor has far, far, faaaaar, greater durability than Marvel until shown otherwise (Neutron Star feat and the punishment he took from Hulk in Thor 3)...

And so what Captain Marvel's power comes from an Infinity Stone; Stormbreaker overpowered a blast from the full IG...

Everything we've seen thus far points to Thor with Stormbreaker completely overwhelming Captain Marvel...
