He is a more well rounded actor than many people probably realize. He's done a lot of indie and artsy stuff since Twilight.

Maybe he will have a relationship with Ezra Miller's Flash.
It will be very powerful and progressive.

I enjoy the tears of the dceu faithful though their numbers are ever dwindling.

Missed opportunity to have Idris Elba be Batman.

Maybe he can be Superman.

Yeah hes actually a good choice for a younger Batman. But after the whole Affleck backlash, would it really have killed WB/DC to go for an unknown?

Anyway im curious to see how they fit this into continuity, assuming this is part of the DCEU.

I've heard that Pattinson is a pretty good actor so I'm not inherently against it. Twilight was like 10 years ago, holding those films against him now is meaningless.

With the mask on he only really needs to be able to grunt and play Bruce, and he has the look for it. Honestly if Christian Bale can do it this guy probably can.

Pattinson's cred as an actor has risen massively since those godawful Twilight movies, but as Batman, especially Bruce Wayne? I don't see it. Maybe he'll surprise me, I dunno.
