Did you really? I have a family member that has a restaurant and a food truck. They do really well with the truck but it does require that they travel a bit.

The do a greek/korean type fusion (think souvlaki meets bulgogi.)

Thats what we’d call the on post food trucks where ever i was stationed in the Army. They’d show up at motor pools, but were especially welcome at ranges, where we were usually just supplied w. MREs.
