Nuada was actually winning against Hellboy. Hellboy only won by hiding and getting the drop on Nuada. He wasn't winning in a direct fight.

Which time? The first time Eed was nearly blackout drunk and still dodged, countered and parried everything Nuada threw at him until his sister got involved, he looked at her and then got stabbed?
Or the second time when he was already dying and not only held him off, maneuvered around him(Nuada had home field advantage) and still had to hold back because of his sister and she just killed herself?
1. Jesus man give it a rest. After 7 movies of feats for Cap and 4 for Bucky vs Ozy having 1 where he doesn't do much. It's not even a comparison. Also how dare you imply Rorschach and Nite Owl being skilled makes them even remotely in the league of the Soldiers who are not only far more skilled, but have legit super powers.

Yeah, I'm not saying Nuada didn't have advantages. Didn't change the fact that he still had the upper hand though, up until Hellboy was able to sneak up on him. So fact is he was still winning.
Not that I'm saying he can win against the super soldiers mind you. Cap and Bucky win this match.
Anyone who denies the guy who caught a bullet at point-blank range is at least a low-level bullet-timer is painfully stupid. No one tries to claim that the Agents aren't bullet-timers despite the fact that, like Ozy, they only demonstrated bullet-esque speed or reaction-time while reacting to bullets fired at them.

It's performing skilled attacks, defense measures, counters, at exceptional speed and reflexes.

He showed great speed when he caught the bullet.
He doesn't have to move at the speed of a bullet in order to not be touched here. Being a bullet timer allows him plenty of slack since a bullet is many times faster than human level.
If he can perceive, react, and significantly move to the motion of a bullet then he can, but with much greater ease, do those things to the motion of a human level attack.
It's illogical to suggest that Ozy is able to react and perceive a bullet yet can't perceive human level speed attacks any easier.
