How is him showing the ability to perceive a bullet doesn't translate to his ability to perceive human level speed with great ease?
How is him shown to move in a relation to a bullet (which is MANY TIMES FASTER than human level) not displaying the ability to move faster than a human if HE NEEDS TO?

He can fight at human level speed and still stomp both simultaneously due to his ability to perceive human level attacks far easier than a bullet. How will they manage to hit him?

So I guess the ability to perceive human level motion with far greater ease is irrelevant.

Well Ozy loses specifically to Bucky who dodged or blocked multiple bullets from fully automatic weapons several times. And who is also several times stronger, agile, and more durable than Ozy.

Aim dodging. Many humans can do that.
You have to show Bucky reacting to a PARTICULAR bullet ONLY AFTER IT ENTERS THE AIR.
And not react to gun fire after the initial bullet already flew past and not before the initial bullet coming out.

If you are using real time then you are wrong. In first scene Falcon fires a barrage of bullets. Enough time elapses before the cut scene appears to have the bullets already hit something. The cut scene appears and Bucky just begins to flip. So that means he flipped AFTER the initial bullets missed h.
