In terms of lacking heart, being against medicare for all (for example) has nothing to do with fiscal responsibility. It's just outright heartless.

The Republican party voted to not give extra medical care to our veterans who contracted lung cancer and other medical issues from inhaling burn pit toxins while serving their country, while still claiming they care more about the troops than anyone.

It's beyond just being heartless.
