His Canonical feats don't say otherwise - they establish that he can strike at 20 times per second - since the onscreen-speed is obviously slowed down for the audience.

His feats from the movie and tv episodes do not support his being that fast. I'd be more willing to agree if he just appeared in one movie and in the tie in novel and nowhere else.

This comes down to personal preference, but I prefer more than just a lack of contradictory feats. Feats that support claims are better.

1) You need your eyes checked if you think Yoda attacked fast as that boy. That boy was slow as hell. But this is moot since Baleman was at times shown slow as hell.

2) Disney Stars Wars IS CANON. Also in one of the earlier films (revenge of the Sith maybe) there was a human who out reacted a Jedi. I haven't seen it in a while. But I was surprised when I seen it.

"The Clone Wars" CGI Series is Ambiguously-Canon for many reasons - one of them being Mace Windu being unable to defeat Savage Oppress, but being able to defeat Darth Sidious in ROTS.

General Grevious was already established in destroying and defeating several prominent Jedi Masters - but in TCW he can't defeat Anakin's Non-Canon apprentice, Ahsoka.

Meaning the tv episodes can't be taken seriously or relied on.
